Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING.

All goods are sent via regular Australia Post and it usually takes 3-7 days.

Tracking information will be made available by 5pm on the day your order is despatched. Australia Post, delivery estimates once despatched if a mobile phone number is given.

Charges flat rate of $14.95 for any purchase to be shipped express to an Australian address.  Free shipping for orders over $200.

We ship internationally via Australia Post. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20.00 AUD. Shipping to the USA, UK and Singapore is a flat rate of $25.00 AUD.

Delivery times generally range from 5–21 business days, depending on the destination. International shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

ONLINE RETURNS.

If you wish to return your online purchase, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your online order and follow the return conditions.

ONLINE RETURN CONDITONS.

The item must be unworn and in it's original condition.  All labels, tags and boxes must still be included and attached. We kindly request that the items show no signs of wear, odour, or damage. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.   An online credit will be issued.

Any online sale, special price or reduced-price items cannot be refunded, only returned for a online credit note.
